His area of skills is, he is Commerce Graduate and MBA in Risk Management from Burdwan University. He is ambitious, sincere, hardworking, persuasive skills and competitive. He is from a rural family background, appreciate needs of rural market.
Koushik also leads training workshops which help people build, simplify and polish their communications and behavioral skills.   • Appraisal of loan application, determination of feasibility on loan under scheme. To find out terms and conditions of loan under different categories and documentation to be required.
  • Preparation of loan policy and suitable documents in a different sector of loan, like- Short term, medium term, and long term etc.
  • Supervision of field for investigation as to schemes of loan to be adopted in the area.

Now his responsibilities is:
As a Registrar at Bishnupur Public Education Institute, look after this work-
✓ Responsibility to Administration, Training, Research activity, Entrepreneurship Development, Placement and others at Bishnupur Public Institute of Engineering(Polytechnic).
✓ Control 13th PTP ITI in different 5 District under Govt of West Bengal.
✓ Manage and coordinate DDU-GKY and PBSSD Project in West Bengal Recognition my work in different Leading News Paper. Certified National Institute of Rural Development & Panchyat Raj( No NIRD/DDU-GKY/ORI/2016-17/656). Conducting and attend in different Training and Workshop in national and International level. His Job objective is to pursue a career in the large sized professional organization. Am enthused to put in my best and make a mark in the highly competitive environment of today, leading to personal and organizational growth.
